The apartment, located on the first floor of a well-placed building in the village centre, has an independent entrance on the ground floor and a second access to the first floor through the building. You can enjoy being at the heart of the resort with the lower entrance offering access to the ski area, ski lifts and other activities and the upper entrance taking you straight into the main avenue with its shops and restaurants. There is also a supermarket within the same building.

The windows are sound proofed, allowing you to benefit from living in the centre while enjoying peace and quiet.

Featuring a sophisticated stereo system with access to 3 different music sources (2 fixed as well as a Bluetooth connection to play your favourite music directly from your Smartphone or Tablet), you will be able to choose to play music in the five different spaces (Living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and internal staircase), even different music at the same time according to your musical taste for each room.

The electrical system is automated and can accept plugs from different countries, including Italy, Germany, Switzerland and the UK.
All lights, music and other varied functions of the apartment can be controlled by an iPhone as well as by directly using the many wall-mounted switches.

A switch (in each apartment entrance and in each room) marked with a violet-colored rhinestone, makes it possible to turn off all the lights in the apartment and the music in one go, meaning no wasteful energy consumption during the night or when the apartment is empty, This also means you don’t have to check the whole apartment when you are ready to go to bed or go out.

A laptop is also available for use, connected to the internet at all times. It is also possible to connect other devices to a password protected wifi network.

The apartment is equipped with a “NEST” smoke detector. The detector is permanently linked to the owner’s phone and can be controlled in the apartment or remotely.

There are also two fire extinguishers, a first aid box and a small tool box.

An air circulation system continuously extracts air, while recovering heat and circulating clean, warm air. This system is controllable from the bedroom.

Each room is equipped with an independent thermostat and radiant invisible heating, very comfortable, encompassed in the ceiling panels.

The owner is available 24 hours a day by phone.

In case you want to arrive by train or plane, the owner is available to pick you up at the train station or airport, at a convenient price.

The ski resort of Les Deux Alpes is renowned for its great quality of life. Its promenade of shops and restaurants stretches for more than two kilometres. Les Deux Alpes is one of the few European ski resorts where you can even ski in summer on the glacier that sits at an altitude of 3600m. You can imagine the quality of the snow in winter on the more than 200 km of groomed trails.

From the top of the glacier you can reach the off-piste mecca of La Grave, one of the most beautiful off-piste areas in France. Les Deux Alpes has one of the best Snow Parks in Europe, both in winter and summer. With the completion of a brand new blue slope leading down into the resort the last ski run of the evening is assured in tranquillity for almost all levels of skiers.
